How many more must be sacrificed,
just to appease the next, “Saviour of the World”?
When One perceives the world as Imperfect, then One may set out to correct this offence, by requiring all Others to concede, or endure the consequences.
But then, Another sees what has been done and to address this affront, they enforce their own ideology, until conformity is reached, willingly or not.
However, this shall not do, so yet Another will endeavour to bring about “Utopia”, because their self-righteousness deems them to be the authority in this regard.
Hence, this process continues, until every lunatic decides, “I Know Best!” and all Others must comply, or face shameful retribution for any display of insolence.
For who would dare question the wisdom of such sages, that atop ornately gilded soapboxes decree, “The World is Wrong!”, but accept no responsibility for the chaos and destruction their petulance delivers.
Maybe the original error was not with the world itself, but with the perception of what the world, should be.
Maybe it is the perception of error, that needs to be Understood first, rather than belligerently forcing change, to accommodate One’s own personal fears and insecurities.

Genius by Comparison

with those that are even more foolish,
then the Fool thinks themself
a Genius by Comparison.
A Fool appears a Genius,
to an Imbecile.
