The reason that this may feel like Heady Stuff is because of the natural inclination to “Work This Out”. Which is fine, because it is part of the process that leads to Understanding and this is the precursor to Knowing.
Singularity cannot Know what it is, until it has something to reflect off of.
Just like One cannot know what One looks like, until they stand before a mirror to see their own reflection.
Bring Awareness to the Inner Conflict…,
Face and Allow the Intensity…,
A Resolution Will Come.
This approach is not a quick fix, real solutions that have a strong foundation take time. One can buy into superficial facades, but all facades eventually crumble, no matter how thick their construction.
When One is faced with an Inner Conflict that they are unprepared to resolve, they will try to find ways to either,
Conflicts are nothing more than problems without a solution, equations that have yet to be solved, questions that have gone unanswered. Answering or solving these leads to Understanding, which then transitions to Knowing.
In an Unrequited Love scenario there is a situation where One feels strongly and passionately for Another, but the Other does not reciprocate those feelings.
