I’m no legal scholar, but that sure sounds like an admission to War Crimes.
Going by the precedence the United States itself set at the end of World War Two, serious War Crimes result in the Death Penalty.
You know, the same United States that holds itself as the moral beacon of the world.
You know, “Freedom” and “Democracy” and all that sort of stuff.
The last part of this quote is just an outright lie.
Donald Trump’s history of behaviour and rhetoric shows that he is not the type of person to share a “Gusher” with the rest of the world.
This is a man that stole Venezuela’s oil and boasts about stealing Greenland.
This is a man that brags about not being constrained by laws or principles, only his own vacillating, self-righteous pretend morals.
It looks to me that there needs to be Nuremberg Trials 2.0, and if the people of the United States have any real Morality left, they will willingly participate in the process. Offering up all those still living, that are responsible for Crimes Against Humanity around the world. Whilst seizing assets to help pay for reparations.
Yes, I think this is the appropriate path to take.

When War Crimes trials occur and these people are found complicit, what should be the penalty awarded them?
(A) Should they be stripped of all assets?
(B) Should they go to prison for life?
(C) Should they face the Death Penalty?

for the United States military.

United States military personnel like to think of themselves as moral, honourable Individuals.
United States military personnel like to think of themselves as the “greatest fighting force in history”.
United States military personnel like to pat themselves on the back by how violently they can behave.
Is it moral and honourable to deliberately fire a missile into an elementary girls school?
Is the Individual that carried out this heroic mission still on active duty?
Is the Individual that carried out this heroic mission going to face the Death Penalty, or any other disciplinary action?
Is the Individual that carried out this heroic mission going to get a medal?
It would not be surprising to learn that during this heroic mission, the Individual responsible was wearing a crucifix around his/her neck; to remind them they were doing “God’s work”, and that Jesus was on their side.
A truly Moral and Honourable Individual, would have sooner accepted a bullet to the head from their own commanding officer, than follow such a heinous order.
Only an Army of Monsters even considers this an appropriate action to take.

Arguments that certain civilian infrastructure in Iran are legitimate targets for military attack, if they pose dual purpose functions, are bogus.
All military attacks on Iranian infrastructure, civilian or otherwise, are War Crimes.
Because the fundamental premise for the attacks, by the United States and Israel, are fictitious fabrications and have no moral legitimacy.
The dual purpose argument only holds true, if the military action has legitimate foundations.
A burglar cannot claim the right to destroy your kitchen, because it contains knives which may be used to harm the burglar.
