They’re talking about what countries should be included to oversee overall global functioning, before the foundational structure of the society.

Start with the foundation.
That foundation is, SOVEREIGNTY OF THE INDIVIDUAL.
Not Sovereignty of the State.
Bottom Up. Not Top Down.
Even before any of that, Humanity must get through the turbulence that is yet to come.
Then, those remaining, will decide how to proceed.
Trump’s proclamation that the United States is just going to steal Greenland, goes to show how absolutely clueless these people are.
The fact that they think this is going to help them in any way whatsoever, doesn’t only expose them as potatoes, but mashed potatoes.
